When to Choose a Refrigerant over A Desiccant Dehumidifier
The chart below offers a simple guide as to when to choose one system over another. Refrigerant dehumidifiers work best in spaces where the temperature is at 20° C and above and humidity levels of 50% and above. Whereas Desiccant systems perform exceptionally well when used in cooler temperatures, or when a low dew point is required.
